Privacy Policy

Flow Marketing Limited (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates www.flow.co.nz (the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

We use your Personal Information to provide our services and to improve the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection And Use

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name (“Personal Information”).

Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyse this information to help us understand how the Site is used and improve it.

Cookies

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Like many sites, we use “cookies” to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Site.

Client Account And Advertising Data

When a client asks us to manage or report on their marketing, they give Flow access to their marketing accounts. These can include Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, call tracking and their CRM. We connect to these accounts through each platform’s own tools and APIs, including Meta’s Marketing API, using only the access the client has granted us.

For reporting, we pull performance data such as ad spend, impressions, clicks, leads, conversions and campaign names. We store totals and counts. We don’t copy the names, email addresses, phone numbers or other contact details of people who see or respond to our clients’ ads into our reports.

We use this data only to provide the services the client has asked for: running and improving their campaigns, and reporting results back to them, for example in a private online dashboard. We don’t use one client’s data for another client, and we never sell or license it.

The data is seen by the client and by the Flow team working on their account. Our reports may be hosted by service providers we use to run them, such as our website hosting provider, and they only process the data to provide that service. Access keys are stored securely and never shared, and client dashboards sit behind a login and are kept out of search engines.

We keep this data only for as long as we provide the service. When an engagement ends, or when a client or the platform asks us to, we delete the data we’ve stored and remove our access to the account.

To ask what data we hold, to have it deleted, or to report a security issue, please contact us. We handle personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
