In total, there are 10 members of our team, some of us are fully remote, but most of us work from our Takapuna office. Our in-house team have ‘work from home’ days on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and we have an office pooch called Mānu.
We got our name from this TEDx talk, about the psychological state of Flow. Some people describe this feeling as being “in the zone.” The feeling where you are totally absorbed by and deeply focused on something, beyond the point of distraction.
Since the company started in 2015, we have developed a team of passionate marketers, each with very specific and complementary skills. Because each member of our team is operating within their individual zone of genius – we are grateful to be some of the lucky few that are able to enter this state of flow while at work.

We believe that business and entrepreneurship can be a vehicle for creating a positive impact on the world around us. Because of this, we’ve partnered with B1G1 to focus on a selection of carefully screened, high-impact sustainability projects.
This month we are supporting:
1) Restoring sight for visually-impaired children in Tanzania, in partnership with B1G1, The Kupona Foundation, & Comprehensive Community-Based Rehabilitation in Tanzania (CCBRT).
2) Planting fruit trees for income generation, for farmers in Kenya.
3) Helping Kenyan farmers build and run small beekeeping operations, for further income generation.
In Tanzania, around 1m people are visually impaired and more than 100,000 are blind. Most could be treated or cured. Children with disabilities are particularly vulnerable. Over half of these children with disabilities do not attend school. Kupona Foundation provides pediatric eye services to children under the age of 5. The treatments restore and enhance children’s vision to give them access to education and to help them to achieve their full potential at school.
Every time we create a new business proposal, 1 x fruit tree is planted to support income generation for a farmer in Kenya.
For every website or video project we undertake, we support a Kenyan farmer's beekeeping business for 1 year.
For every monthly retainer client that partners with Flow, we fund an eye care treatment for a child in need, in Tanzania.
