How to add Lime Digital to Your Google Business Assets

1. Google Analytics

Head to your google analytics account or click here

  • – Click on admin (gear icon, bottom left corner)
  • – Click on account > account access management
  • – Click The Blue Plus and click add user
  • – Add [email protected]
  • – Make sure to select ‘editor’ or ‘admin’
  • – Click Add

2. Google Ads

Head to your google ads account or click here

  • – Click on tools and settings
  • – Click on access and security
  • – Click on the plus symbol
  • – Add [email protected]
  • – Make sure to tick admin
  • – Click send invitation
 

** Note: In some cases, you may need to add flow.co.nz as an ‘allowed domain’

To add a new ‘allowed domain’:
  • Navigate to: Tools and Settings>Setup>Account Access
  • Then click on the fourth horizontal tab: Security Settings.
  • Then choose Allowed Domains, and type in flow.co.nz

Head to your google my business account or click here

  • – Click on users
  • – Click on add users
  • – Add [email protected]
  • – Select from the drop down or hit enter
  • – Select manager from the drop down
  • – Click Invite

4. Google Tag Manager

Head to your google tag manager account or click here

  • – Click the gear icon
  • – Click on user management
  • – Click on the plus sign
  • – Click add users
  • – Add [email protected]
  • – Ensure you tick adminsitrator
  • – Click set all under container permissions
  • – Select all including publish
  • – Click Invite

Note you’ll have to do this for each of the containers you have

  • – Ensure you select full permissions
